Limited availability for Continence Assessments and Catheter Assessments / ongoing catheter  care by a Continence Nurse, in these regions. 

NB: if you or family are very allergic to pet hair (particularly cats) it would be best for telehealth as we are pet owners. We are non-smokers and request that no smoking occurs during the visit; and any of your pets should be away from the visit area, for safety reasons.

Complete the Referral Request & email back to Continence Confidence . We will set up appointment & send out Service Agreement.

Don't live in our local home visit zone of Adelaide Hills & Murray Lands? 

We know home visits are the best way to help with continence issues, but if it is suitable & possible we can chat via phone call or online telehealth (eg Zoom, Teams etc).
