If you reside in our serviced home visit zone, we use "Delivery of Health Supports by Nursing CNC".
Either via CORE or CAPACITY BUILDING
As per fee structure in Pricing Arrangements
Usual estimate = 6hrs clinical + 1hr travel/km
Service Agreement sent prior to visit.
Eg: CNC @ $163.91/hr x7hr = $ 1147est.

Teleheath - NDIS

Similar to home visit, but travel not required
Usually 6hrs clinical.

Catheter Care & Changes
Catheter Assess - NDIS

Home visit (if living in our serviced zone) or via Telehealth for 'once-off' Catheter Assessment.
We use "Delivery of Health Supports by Nursing".
Either via CORE or CAPACITY BUILDING
As per fee structure in Pricing Arrangements
Usually 5hrs clinical (+ 1hr travel as needed) $983 est.
Service Agreement sent prior to visit.
Catheter Care - NDIS

Home visit (if living in our serviced zone) for Ongoing catheter care & regular scheduled changes.
Please note we are not an on-demand / emergency catheter service.
Estimated: 45min in home, 15min casenotes, plus travel to 1hr (max as required), plus consumables used (billed at their cost to us).
Eg: Delivery of Health Supports by Nursing CNC (Core or Capacity Building)
Charge Est = $348/visit.
Service Agreement sent prior to visit.
Catheter Care - others
Catheter care for "fee for service" or privately funded clients.
We don't have a Medicare Provider Number, so we are unable to bill Health Insurance companies, DVA clients, or Aged Care clients unfortunately.
